I have a love/hate relationship with this product. I love that it's so lightweight, easy to haul around, and the retractable cord. But I hate the fact that the wand is constantly coming off of the hose and floor nozzle. It is very exasperating. There is no snap-on function to maintain the connection. The wand has fallen on my feet and toes way too many times. Save your money and keep looking for something else.
