Exactly as expected, but the cubbies are a bit small. Putting a pair of shoes (mens 12s) in there involves putting one down flat, and the other off to the side, turned over. Sneakers don't fit at all, I have to use 2 cubbies for one pair.

Really awesome if you have lots of shoes. It makes it easy to organize and view your shoes. If you are like me, with lots of shoes and sometimes you do not remember what you have, this rack is ideal to prevent missing out on the perfect shoes because you just don't remember you have them.

I was really looking forward to getting the shoes off the floor of my closet. Then I hung it up and started to try to fit my high heels into the compartments. None of them fit. Apparently when they say that this accommodates heels they mean heels under two inches. I am really very disappointed. I am going to have to try to send it back.Customer Review: Crap
