I bought a couple of these for misc. craft supplies and other small "stuff". I actually even bought one for shoes and put all my slippers and flip flops in it and there's lots of room for them. This is a great little shoe organizer that helped eliminate the shoe clutter from my closet floor. Takes up little room, easy to put shoes in, keeps shoes visible from front. However, mine did break at the top, probably from too much weight. But, I liked it so much I'm back for a replacement. My only caution would be not to overload the shelves. I love this product. No more shoes laying on closet floor. No digging for a mate in a laundry basket where I kept the less frequently worn shoes. Shoes at a glance when I walk into my small closet.
