Tools and Hardware Reviews of Household Essentials 3000 30-Line Outdoor Parallel-Style Clothes Dryer with Aluminum Arms

Customer Review: Best and biggest outdoor clothes dryer
Summary: 5 Stars

This is the biggest outdoor clothes line I have found and it holds a lot. I had the same brand prior but smaller and loved it. I wanted to be able to get more clothes out on the line so went with this 210' of space one and it is wonderful. I live on the east coast with lots of humidity so I put the clothes every other line and then they dry better. Had I researched these first I would have bought this one first. I also previously owned an umbrella style but this style is so much better. You won't be sorry.

Customer Review: Best of all I've had in my entire life. (I'm 53)
Summary: 5 Stars

As an adult living in warm Orange County, Sunny Southern California, I like to dry my laundry outdoors. We are a family of five, and this has alot of room for my needs. I leave mine up year-round. I like this design better than the umbrella style. It is more usefull with space for drying clothes. Thank you for a wonderful, useful, needed product.

Perfect for my use. Replace existing cloths dryer, Misc. cloths drying in warm weather. Came pre-assembled, popped right into place. Made of light weight aluminum. Easy to take down during winter or bad weather.

Customer Review: Cheap aluminum broke
Summary: 1 Stars

This item was set up only once and with a light gust of wind, the few rags I had hanging on it caused the dryer to tip over on the ground. As I bent down to pick it up, I noticed my costly investment become a complete loss. The arm that it fell on was bent so badly that the kink when bent back into position caused the end of the bent arm to fall off and now that there is slack in the lines it won't unfold all the way up deeming it useless.

This was purchased through Deerso via Amazon.com and they are EST and do not accommodate PST hours so when I tried to call them within their 30 day time limit when I could around 3PM, they didn't even have a voicemail to leave messages on. Finally finding time to call them on my vacation day, they told me I could no longer exchange this item and would need to deal directly with Whitney Design. In my opinion, they have poor customer service and do not attempt to accommodate customers in other time zones.

Customer Review: Clothes line or not?
Summary: 5 Stars

Well lets just keep it simple. I have 80-100 degree weather here at Hidden Valley Lake CA. Why run the clothes dryer when it creates heat in the house when at the same time you are trying to keep your house at a bearable temp. A clothes line to dry your clothes makes it a no brainer.
Takes a little work(I didn't do it but husband did) to get it in the ground. From there my job is simple and saves money that I can put towards keeping the house at a good temp for the little ones and myself too!
Love the way it fans out and can fit lots of clothes on it at one time.
Clothes come in so fresh and so clean! Love it.
Thinking of getting one? This one is for you! Use it, enjoy it, save your dryer money, and put it towards having a nice cool house (78 deg.)!
