Bought this for a small laundry room where I couldn't place a drying rack on the floor. It works great, no problems. I would highly recommend using heavy-duty drywall expanders or drilling deep into a stud, however, as the amount of leverage that gets placed on this thing is pretty immense. Twice it pulled right out of the wall, despite some pretty solid hardware that I used to mount it.
Installation is a bit of a pain, but they include a "template" that you can use to make it easier. Just make sure everything is good and level or you'll have some trouble sliding the final pieces into place. Make sure your screws have flat heads too, or else they'll prevent you from finishing your install.

I really like this compact little drying rack. It is great in a small laundry room. I did want to mention that the template on the box was completely wrong. That was very annoying, especially when you have to install anchor bolts for one of the sides because it is not a full 32" wide. Even with a 1/2" wider I think I could have gotten both ends into a stud. O-well, other than that, it works great. I've hung up 4 sweaters on it at a time. I got it primarily to hang cloth diapers which it is perfect. It retracts very easily. I saw another reviewer mention that their's gets stuck. I haven't had any problem with that (yet). The drywall anchors included with the rack are insufficient for a sturdy mount. Further, the mounting brackets are 30" on center, not 32", which would make for solid mounting directly into wall studs. However, with one bracket mounted to a stud, and the other bracket secured with (not-supplied) toggle bolts (the ones that spring out on the other side of the drywall and are then drawn tight by the bolt), the rack is then steady enough for heavy use.
Good rack, good price, but get two toggle bolts for mounting.

LOVE the product but my husband was not crazy about the installation parts. Had problems getting the item to stay secure to the wall, so he had to go out and buy other hardware. Bought one for myself and one as a housegift (which I hesitate to give). Probably will end up keeping it myself.
