This is a great product for drying things like towels, or children's bibs. Just make sure you get the connections into studs on the wall, because if you don't then you will be limited on the amount of weight you can put on it. As someone who chooses to rarely use a dryer, I needed something small and unobtrusive to add to my drying racks to dry some small items and this is absolutely perfect! This is a replacement for the one I purchased more than 20 years ago.
We have a lot of towels in our bathroom of four people, and living in a warm humid climate, mandates that you dry your towels unfolded as much as possible.
This rack has allowed us to do that. There is lots of room for all of us.
So, it is not just for laundry, it is also very convenient in busy bathrooms.
