It's exactly as the reviews and product description said. Sure, I'd love to have a removable lining, but it didn't take anything to make a quick one out of linen (using velcro connectors). But for the money it's quite charming looking, extremely useful, and surprisingly durable.
In fact, we decided to buy one for my grandmother, too!

My wife and I used to pile our clothes next to the bedroom door until we got this neat little hamper. I was very surprised how many clothes actually fit into this thing. The only flaw in it's design is the lid. It just doesn't close completely with the velcro (I think they should made it boxed on all three sides). Aside from this, it is a very compact and nifty hamper that does the job. Now, if someone could help me wash all these clothes...Customer Review: So much nicer than I had expected

I ordered three of these since I prefer to sort my clothing only one time. When it was shipped to me the box was really heavy so right away I assumed it was good quality. I opened the box and was very pleased. The hamper comes folded lenghwise and takes less than 20 seconds to assemble. It is WAY nicer than I had expected. The hamper appears to be very durable. I've searched a long time to find hampers that were not wicker since I have three cats and I know their cat hair would mingle into the wicker of the hamper over time. Although the name of this product indicates its wicker, its not the tradional wicker hamper that you see at Bed/Bath or Target. I estimate that the size of the hamper is medium/large and looks to hold about 2 loads of dirty clothes. This is the perfect design for me so that I can store the clothes in the bedroom and then just carry the entire hamper to the basement to be washed. There is no insert that come out and you would take with you - you carry the entire thing to your washing area. So far, I love these. I think they are going to be just want I was looking for and they match my bedroom colors and really don't look like they are storing dirty clothes.Customer Review: Very Nice

I was a little disappointed when I opened this package because it doesn't look exactly like the picture. I wouldn't describe this as wicker either. It really looks more like woven sea grass. It is still very nice though and we are very pleased with it. A great deal.
