This was a puzzle at 1st but got it put together within 30 minutes and love it! This is very durable and built to last. I really like the fact the 2 wheels have locks in order to keep cart in one place. All in All, this moves well over tile floor and carpet. Ok! Here's the deal needed something to hold the family laundry until laundry day. It needed to have easily removeable sorting bags and be wheeled around from one room to another. Needed something heavy duty to hold the weight of the laundry until laundry day. So, I found one at Target that feel apart and was plastic with mesh bags that ripped.
Then I found a canvas one but, the bags were sewn together and I tried to rig it like this one but, it didn't work. Then I found this one finally!
It does all the above and more. The part more is the whole family likes the cool color of it and it has become the thing to fight over on who gets to sort, fill, and push it to the washer. (an these are boys doing this of a big age range!) So, needless to say I'm getting more of these in the future. P.S. I know the color but, if you have kids and they fight over who's doing the laundry. You just love the color and be greatful for the help! Hope this helps you moms & Mr. moms out there!

I bought this for my wife because we have a family of five, and she was always saying how much better it would be if the clothes were already sorted when it was time to wash. We love it so far!! We ordered two of these. Nice product, good price. Packaging was horrible and both items were slightly damaged as a result. One has a broken caster cover, and the other has a broken caster insert.
Have not yet tried to call the manufacturer to send replacement parts, but it is probably not worth the headache. Too bad this was not packaged reasonably to protect the item in shipping. If you are expecting this to arrive in perfect condition, Beware.
