I ordered two of these hanging canvas bags, and they are wonderful. I almost ordered a couple of pop-up hampers, but I have a tiny house and a tiny, tiny bathroom. No room in the bathroom for a pop-up. The laundry basket I've been using moves in a out of the tub to make room to reach the sink. Ridiculous. I suddenly realized I could hang these anywhere. We have latches, not door knobs, but I started thinking a little more creatively and decided to hang one on a hook under my bathroom counter and one on my closet rod in my narrow bedroom closet. Perfect. The opening at the top of the bag is quite wide, about six inches, which makes these easy to fill or empty. There's also a zippered opening in the back. They are sturdy and good looking with simple clean lines. I'm sure pop-ups are handy in some situations, but if you are space deprived, these hanging bags really do the trick. After years of trying other unsuccessful laundry storage options, problem solved, affordably.
Two years later I'm back for another. They are durable and so practical. I LOVE these hanging hampers. And the opening is 16x6", easy to load and unload. Highly recommended.

It's designed to keep the top support frame about level even though the hook can pivot. The result is a bit of upward force on the hook, so it won't stay on my closet knob, which is essentially a wooden sphere with one side flattened to go against the closet door. On a knob with a bit steeper rise or a closet rod, this bag works GREAT! The hook can pivot essentially flat with the frame, great for taking on a trip in your suitcase to hang in the hotel closet. Good capacity and easy to empty. Recommended.Customer Review: Great Laundry Bag!!
