Purchased for my 16 year old daughter who's bedroom is in the basement. She had a really cheap pop-up hamper that lasted maybe 2 months when I purchased this one for her for Christmas. It is very sturdy, thick mesh and easy to carry. Quite satisifed with it!Customer Review: Great!

This hamper looks great, the mesh is nice because it allows for air circulation and keeps things from getting funky while they wait to be washed. The collapse feature is handy for stowing it away in the closet.
However, mine fell apart after 6 months. Granted, I was hard on it. I carry it up and down 5 flights of stairs to get to my laundry room.
Bottom Line: It is a wonderful hamper if you don't need to subject it to much abuse.
