I am a light sleeper and have used earplugs for about 25 years. Over that time I have tried many different brands. This one is the best in my opinion. I have small ear canals and most earplugs do not fit tightly. Not so with these. Because you can roll them up very tightly, and they stay that way while you are inserting them in your ear (most do not), their seal is very solid in the ear, cutting out all but the loudest sounds. I am happy to see that you can buy them in large quanities here - they are hard to find in drugstores. I highly recommend these.Customer Review: Excellent earplugs

These are very nice, with a smooth finish that's not itchy, and good noise reduction. I've used the green ones, orange ones, yellow ones, solid rubber ones of various designs, and these work the best for me. I roll them tight and put them in as far as they'll go (until I can taste 'em!) for the quietest results. Good for working around engines, motorcycling, sleeping in cheap hotels, etc. If you're really into saving money, you can run these through the washer in the pocket of your jeans and they'll come out looking like new. After a couple washes, they don't compress properly, though, so there's a limit.
One thing to keep in mind is that they expand faster when they're warm, so if they're warm when you roll them, they'll likely expand before you can get them into your ear, making them difficult to put in and severely limiting their effectiveness.
Something else I've found, which applies to other soft foam earplugs as well, is that you can use scissors to cut these down to a shorter length if they tend to fall out while you're sleeping. Just be careful to make sure you can still get a hold of them to pull them out!

These were too small to stay in my ear while sleeping on my side without them falling out; pushing them farther in my ear was extremely uncomfortable. I see others have had similar problems, and I don't think my ear canals are unusually large. Buy a small quantity if you want to give them a shot; I prerfer Flent's soft foam earplugs by far.Customer Review: GREAT earplugs.

These earplugs are excellent, so glad I found them. Unfortunately for me, I live in a condo w/ electric heat & the heat pump is right outside my bedroom window. (Brilliant design of some idiot) I am a light sleeper so the sound tends to keep me up in the winter. Thanks to these earplugs the noise is no longer a problem. I used to use the ones commonly sold in supermarkets etc. These earplugs are 100x better than those,and much cheaper too.
