The "QM24 Earmuffs" are a very good value for quality hearing protection. We use these when working in a high noise area and at the shooting range. Here are my observations:

* Fairly Comfortable; the headband places the ear protectors at just the right angle and the ear cushions are good enough for several hours of continues use, but the top of the headband is not padded and does apply pressure on the scalp

* Good Sound Attenuation; these work very well for reducing the damaging levels of noise from running our shop compressors and the sharp levels produced at the range

Ultra-lightweight for prolonged usage excellent protection for most environments. QM24+ (NRR 25) is a three-position, ultra-lightweight earmuff. Weighs only 6 oz. for comfort during prolonged usage. The high visibility red cups and black band add style to an extremely functional earmuff. Supplied with an adjustable crown strap for a secure fit when worn behind the head or under the chin. Low-cost cushions are easily removed for replacement.
