This is a good working humidifier and does put a decent amount of moisture back into the air. With these cold winter months, the static electricity in our home is nearly non existent and the chapped lips aren't nearly as prevalent. However, I do not believe the humidistat on the unit is working as it should. The unit runs constantly, never shuts off and I have the humidity control set at 30 which is the lowest setting available. The highest I have seen it read is 28, but the majority of the time it reads LO. I have another humidity gauge mounted on the wall and it reads consistently in the 42-48% range which I believe is correct. I would recommend this product for maintaining a decent humidity level in a smaller home.Customer Review: Hunter Humidifier Plus

Humidifier works fine and not having to replace the filters is a big plus. If you have minerals in your water, suggest using distilled water as the minerals will tend to build up on the metal filter and are difficult to remove. If you have "soft" water, it should not be an issue.Customer Review: I love this

It does work good but it is not large enough for a whole house, I should actually have 2 of these but the thing I love the most is that there are no paper filters to replace! The ones that have the replaceable filters really are the pits since the filters are expensive and don't last long.Customer Review: It Works Great and a nice size tank!

This works great for us. We run it at night in our master bedroom, it is not too noisy and works great! I like it.
