This product works fine. The only problem is make sure before you put it in the fan and attach it to the ceiling that the frequency does not interfer with other products, ie garage door opener, in/out temperature monitor, etc.
I did not, so guess what!
I have take mine down to reset the switches At first we thought we had a friendly ghost who wanted to cool off.
