Customer Review: Good but could be better

In the end an ok product. I am using it as intended and it keeps our proerty off a sometimes damp basement floor.
The actual shelf is sturdy and well built. My problem was installation.
1) Instructions were not clear and could be much better.
2) The screws/bolts product that came with it to attach to the ceiling are NOT suitable if you have metal studs or if your studs are not convenniently space. I ended up purchasing butterfly bolts to securely attach to the ceiling.
