I'm at my computer for several hours a day for years, and had been noticing lately my wrists getting sore/fatigued. These gloves have been a perfect fix. The stiff insert is a bit uncomfortable, but I also don't think it adds much, so I took that out. The ball of beads on the palm (like a bean bag), does the trick to hold my wrists up and relieve the strain. Highly recommended.Customer Review: support and comfortability

I was skepitcal of the support of the wrist brace when i 1st open the packagae. But after several days usage found it to deliver the support i needed without being to rigid. I purchased two,the other one was for my spouse and he is please with it as well.
