I installed a new garbage disposal for my customer & didn't notice someone had opened the box at Lowe's & removed the baffle. I found the right part (good pictures on amazon's internet) and ordered a new one from Amazon, it was delivered to me in 3 days & I installed it in 5 minutes. Aggravating problem solved, customer happy & so am I. Just wish Lowe's could QC their shelf products better & save installers (& customers)the costs of return trips.
