I purchased this to use on my bird cage. I have a rescue bird that was severely feather plucked. I was very concerned about keeping him warm without the worry of safety. I attached it to the outside of the cage using a home-made bracket. It works great! I leave it on 24 hours a day. When the bird needs extra warmth, he just snuggles up next to it. The other birds love it too! I feel very safe having it on all of the time as the heat source is encased in the panels. Thanks for a great product!

I bought several of these for the office staff, everyone was delighted as it provides just enough heat to take away the drafty winter feeling. When opening one package I found they had omitted the velcro mounting adhesive. I attempted to contact them by email to request that it be mailed to me, using the email address provided in the directions, but received the reply that my email had been unopened and deleted. I got this heater for my bird based on the many reviews from other people who got it for the same purpose. Although the heater is great if you just need a little boost in temperature, it does not give off enough heat to compare to the fan driven heaters. It was enough for my birdroom until the temp dropped into the 50's, then I had to turn the blowing heater back on. So, again... great product unless you live in a very cold climate.Customer Review: Low profile heater, safe heat.

Size is right and only the front gets warm. Great for closed spaces and you don't worry about catching anything on fire. Only downside is it doesn't put out quite as much heat as you would like. Takes away the chill, but does not keep you as toasty as you might like.Customer Review: Makes a great kotatsu heater.

I attached the heater to my custom kotatsu with industrial velcro. The heater is fire safe and will not burn you unlike most kotatsu heaters. It just the right temp. My feet don't sweat! I have now been using it over 2 years and it is my favorite place to study or just to watch tv.
