Tool Review: very effective under desk

The rubber mat does a great job giving off heat. When I use it with socks, I add a towel to the top...to tone down warmth. I use it under desk in a shallow box...to protect rug and insulate. It throws enough heat that I keep thermostat down 2 degrees. It does have a rubber smell...not too offensive to me...that's why it got 4 instead of 5 stars.
