The springs are a little bit too strong and one has to be careful when inserting devices with plugs that fold, but this does the job well.Customer Review: Does what you need it to do!

I bought a couple for my Scotland/UK trip and they did what they were supposed to do. Sometimes they can be slightly loose in the socket but it was not really an issue. My lap top, hair dryer, black berry, all worked. Therefore I would recommend. The only draw back is that its a large adaptor, so if you want to pack neat, this can be a bit large when there are other smaller ones available. Plus side, you will be able to use this one in many countries.
