In the spell of two weeks I went through four countries and this adapter plug proved useful throughout. I would strongly recommend it. It is well built and it works where you expect it to. bought and used it recently on a trip to Europe; works great and is easier to use than the much more expensive " Conair All-in-One Adapter Plug".
FYI: this is only an adapter, not a 220-110 converter, but thats usually not needed these days, as far as travel goes.

I purchased this prior to a one month stint in Kenya where the three-prong rectangular plug is needed. From the beginning it made poor electrical contact within the outlet. After less than two days of poorly working, or not working at all, one of the two rectangular plugs simply fell out. The prong threads onto a screw inside the case, but there was no way to reattach it without cracking open the case since you can't twist the prong in the fitted rectangular slot in the case. I had to make other arrangements for the duration of my stay.Customer Review: GREAT DEAL!!

I was a little skeptical with how this converter was going to work just because of the price; however, it worked perfectly. I charged my phone, camera, ipod, and even used a curling iron and everything worked perfectly. To my surprise as well, I saw the same exact one while I was in Paris going for up to 13Euro. Literally, same exact one!
