I've been using these timers for a couple of weeks now. Overall, they're very good timers for the price. However, since I've used digital timers in the past, I've realized how spoiled I am. I am having a difficult time with the accuracy of these timers. Of the two timers I purchased, one was to turn on a lamp in the evening before I got home from work. For this purpose, the timer works great because it's fine if it turns on sometime around 5pm. However, the other timer I purchased to use in my bedroom to turn a light on in the morning to help me wake up. Accuracy is key in this situation because 10 minutes one way or another can make a big difference - by accuracy, I mean knowing what time I'm setting the time for, not that it changes every day. So, I think I will be purchasing a different timer for my bedroom. I'm sure I'll be able to find another use for my extra timer. I read somewhere that they're good to use on crockpots, so I can't wait to try that now that I have an extra timer!Customer Review: Great little Auto Timer for the Home!

I like this timer so much that I have bought several more to place in rooms throughout the house. With several timers, it is easy to have your home look occupied while you are away on vacation. In our everyday lives, we set one to come on so we don't come home to a darkened house, and on again in the mornings just as the alarms are going off. Also, my dog likes going out through the garage after our bedtime and again very early in the morning, so another timer lights her way while never forgetting to turn itself off. Before that timer, I cannot tell you how many times we awoke to find the garage light had been left on all night. It keeps adequate time, is very easy to operate, and is reasonably priced.Customer Review: Huh

I purchased two of the Lamp Timers so that my dogs would have lights on when it got dark. I orded this brand because it got such high stars. Neither one worked consistantly and were very cheap. I went to Target and bought a cheaper one that works!
