Tools and Hardware Reviews of Ironclad Cold Condition Gloves CCG-04-L, Large, BlackCustomer Review: Nice design. Just NOT warm. Summary: 2 Stars
The gloves might be warmer if they had a thicker liner.
Customer Review: Nice gloves Summary: 5 Stars
These gloves fit great. I also purchased the True grip Insulated gloves and the Ironclad are MUCH better (although more expensive).
Customer Review: Not Warm, Not Waterproof, XXL too Small Summary: 1 Stars
Very disappointed. I do a lot of outside work in the winter and thought these would be just the thing. The palm and fingers are rugged which is good but the gloves are not very warm and get wet easily. Additionally I thought XXL would be big enough but it is a real stretch to get these on.
Customer Review: Poor quality Summary: 2 Stars
I had a pair of these for about a week before the lining pulled out of the fingers. Once the lining has pulled away from the stitching it's next to impossible to put the gloves back on. You basically just jam the fingers holes with the lining since it will no longer straighten out. I ended up removing the lining completely and use them as normal mechanic gloves. As for cold weather gloves they're marginal at best being good to around 20F before your fingers start freezing. Above 40 your hands begin to sweat causing the lining to stick to your fingers which, for me anyway, caused the lining to pull out as I stated above. Don't waste your money.
Customer Review: Poor, very Poor. Summary: 1 Stars
Waterproof? Not even close. They are also not warm. However, they are great work gloves. Just don't plan on using them in the cold or where they may get exposed to wetness.
