I am not gonna repeat all the negative things that were already said about this product. They are absolutely true. Just wanted to give a tip on how to get your money back in case you've purchased this steamer at a mall kiosk. You know the story: the sales people tell you to go to the website and contact the customer service for a return label. The customer service never replies and you are stuck with a worthless overpriced item. My next step was going on the Better Business Bureau website and reporting these guys. An investigation was launched and after two weeks I received a phone call from the SuperSteam manager inviting me to bring the item back to the kiosk and get my refund. I got my money back and strongly encourage you to do the same. If BBB hears from enough angry customers maybe it will find a way to stop the crooks!
