The Ove Glove hot surface handler does a great job at protecting your hands from hot surfaces and temperatures. I have been using this product for about a month and have never been burned or had my hand get too hot. My only complaint is when using the ove glove as a fireplace tool (the reason I originally bought the ove glove), fire wood can cause the fibers and threads in the glove to pull out, much like an overworn sweater. The product works great as a kitchen tool when cooking, but in the fireplace you'll need a more durable product.Customer Review: Good oven mitt

The Ove Glove is a great product. I've been using them for years. Potholders can slide around and regular oven mitts don't let you use your fingers independently to get a good grip. The Ove Glove lets you lift pot lids, maneuver foil that's slipping under or over a roast, and take care of any task you might need to do on a hot pot or in an oven. I bought this one as a gift -- my original one is still working fine and it has to be at least ten years old.Customer Review: Granny very pleased

I received my ove glove for christmas this year (I asked for it), and I do love it. My only complaint is that you can wash it, but it can't go in the dryer - it does take a long time to dry. For this reason, I would recommend 2 gloves - one to use, and one to dry, then switch. (or be more careful and don't get them dirty, like I did, so you don't have to wash them as often!).
Love the Ove Glove.
