I bought this for my mom bday and I love this steamer. It has a constNt flow of steam and does a great job. I still use the iron sometimes when I need chrisper creases but this nice machine I use 90% of the time to remove wrinkles. I tried other steamers and they are not very effective. This one is well built and not made out of cheap plastic like others.Customer Review: Best steamer ever!

This is the 5th steamer I've owned, having purchased other brands in the past, and without a doubt the best by far. Steam volume is great and it only takes moments from the time it is turned on until ready to use. There is no steamer that works well on cotton dress shirts, jeans, or similar fabrics which must be ironed to look their best. This is the 3rd steamer I've owned and I anticipate it'll be the last. All the parts on the Jiffys are replaceable and it appears pretty simple to take apart and perform maintenance on it. I'm really impressed by the build quality. It's not the prettiest thing, however, when is a steamer supposed to be? I've previously owned a Conair and Rowenta. Both failed to last for any period of time due to the hard water in our area. I've had this Jiffy for over 6 months now and it has exceeded my expectations with it's performance and build quality.

I returned the item the following day as it does not remove the wrinkles on woven fabrics. I was so disappointed because it was not powerfull enough to remove the wrinkles unless you want to keep steaming for 30-45 minutes. If you're in a hurry and does not like ironing it is best for you to buy a commercial grade for $100.00 more. The other reviews sound really good but I think these people only wear knit fabrics or does not know what is wrinkled and not wrinkled. WHAT A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO AMAZON.
