I LOVE these hooks. I put 2 on each bedroom door. I hang scarves on the back of one bedroom door, jackets on another set, backpacks on another set. One door was under a low ceiling and it didn't fit, so I just sewed the elastic shorter and voila, problem solved. Once I had an end piece break. I contacted the company, Jokari, and they promptly sent me a whole new set plus a different kind. This product met all my expectations! It works perfectly for organizing my purses out of sight. I purchased two (four straps in all) and was able to get all of my husband's hats out of sight and organized. Everything stays in place, doesn't bang against the door and the hooks are easy to adjust up/down the strap. The straps fit perfectly on my doors. Very user friendly. I bought this product at Bed Bath and Beyond and all of the clips have broken. I am looking for an alternative method of how to store all of my handbags. The metal clips that hook onto the tops and bottoms of the doors are not made well enough to hold your purses. Once we got the purses onto the holders, the hooks would fly off of the doors. One of the holders wouldn't even stay without the purses on it. We had bought a set of purse racks like these before from LTD Commodities a few years ago, and they worked just fine. It must be that the metal clips on these holders are not as sturdy. The only way I would recommend buying this product is if you plan on screwing it to your wall. This is not what we were planning on doing and I wouldn't have bought this product if I had known this in advance. This was a disappointing purchase.Customer Review: Doesn't fit any of my doors

I just got it today and it doesn't fit any of my doors. It came with hooks and screws to attach them to the wall but I bought it for my door. I am going to have to rig it to fit on my bedroom door. Not sure how I am going to do that yet, but I have some ideas.
