This toilet seat is a little pricey, but worth every penny! Potty seats that just sit on top of the toilet seat don't fit well on an elongated toilet. And I hate how they drip all over when you take them on and off. This keeps the mess where it belongs... in the toilet! The toddler seat portion is cleverly designed to contain messes. The inside edge curves down into the toilet. I had bought a similar seat at Target for my non-elongated toilet. But since the inside edge didn't curve down like this one, my son would pee out the front of it and get the back of his pants wet. Can't tell you how much dirty laundry this Kohler seat has saved me. I purchased this for our guest bath and it works as advertised. The quiet close keeps the lid form banging shut, and the extra flap for children has been approved of by all the children and parents that have visited our house. It fits wonderfully on our Kohler Wellworth toilet. The adult seat seems a bit narrow but is comfortable enough. The child seat is a huge step better than the usual squishy elmo/dora rings which never fit securely in our elongated bowl toilets.
