I was keeping an open mind when trying the hot chocolate as I had read many of the reviews. The ones that expressed dissatisfaction were right on. Felt it was extremely watery and tasteless and that was using the smallest cup setting. I would suggest using the machine just to heat the water and use a packet of hot chocolate (Swiss Miss, etc.)Customer Review: Easy, fast, excellent!

I have been a Keurig owner for 5 years, but just recently became interested in Hot Cocoa after giving up coffee. My order arrived yesterday, and last night my son and I tried it.....MOST EXCELLENT! What I got was a rich, and delicious Hot Cocoa that really relaxed me before bed, and I slept like a baby. I have not yet tried any of the others, but am ordering a LOT more of this one!Customer Review: Ew...
