We got a new K-Cup machine and were very excited to try the hot chocolate. It was not good at all; it was like drinking hot water with a very, VERY slight taste of some sort...possibly chocolate. I would not purchase this item again.Customer Review: Not good at all

I thought it was great that there was hot cocoa for the keurig machine. this is so watery when you make it. green mountain needs to improve it. it tastes like chocolate flavored water. if you make a product that is intended for the machine it should work well in the machine. i love all of the k-cup coffees but this cocoa sucks.Customer Review: Not so good

We have the k-machine at work and the hot cocoa cups were greatly anticipated. The flavor is definitely lacking though. In fact it has a rather plastic aftertaste that is unpleasant. I have started bringing my own hot cocoa mix to work because of it.

I bought this Cocoa for the Keurig simply because it was the most widely available. I had read the reviews, but decided to try it anyway. I can't say I was disappointed, because I didn't have very high expectations. The cocoa is very watery, like if you made Swiss Miss with only half the mix. When the cocoa was coming out of the machine it was very light in color and looked like dirty dish water. I understand that making cocoa in a Keurig is challenging because normally you would put the powder or syrup in the hot water and let it dissolve, not let the water pass through it. There is however decent Keurig cocoa out there. The Cafe Escapes Dark Chocolate Cocoa is an excellent alternative.Customer Review: Not what I was hoping for

I had high hopes for this product. I don't drink coffee a lot, so I was excited to find a K cup that I could enjoy on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this product comes out too diluted even when I use the small cup setting on my machine. It tastes very watery, and is not thick and rich as I had hoped. I will finish the box, but I will not be purchasing this product again.
