Instructions provide all the features this ONE alarm can do or has. Didn't realize that it can also stand up on a table e.g.(rec rm in basement). I believe Kidde provides the highest quality of alarm systems. The price from Amazon was very good and delivered without going from store to store...other stores don't stock the Nighthawk model or sell out and customer has to wait for shipment.
