It's small, looks nice, it makes just the right amount of white noise for me (I use it at night in the summer), and works just as I had expected. The only downside for me is the light on the power button - it's bright if you use it at night in your bedroom. I'm not sure why they put that in, but I just covered it with a small piece of duct tape.Customer Review: Great little fan!

I looked at at least 15 little fans online and decided on this one after reading the reviews. It's a great one! The high setting blows a lot of air and isn't super quiet, but the low setting is perfect if you want it close to you on your desk and is quiet. The fan in my laptop is louder than this fan. It's also easy to move around and has already saved some marriage arguments (my hubby is always cold and I'm always hot!). Even when we're sitting on the couch watching a movie this fan fits nicely on the end table so I can enjoy the breeze and it won't make my husband too cold. I recommend it! POSITIVES
Love the color, relatively compact size, and fan speeds. Low is great for desktop or personal fan as long as it's not blowing right on papers. Oscillation makes a good sweep too.
CONS
Too tall if you need this to fit under an overhead bin in an office cubicle. The machine also has a moderately-high pitched whir/whine that is louder than the sound of the air blowing. I returned the first one and the second one was quieter the first time I plugged it in, then just as noisy as the first one. I could hear the whir/whine from another room even on low speed. If your office is not super-quiet or you are not using this as white noise it's still a great choice. Otherwise I'd keep looking.

Perfect width and height to go right beside my monitor at work, even with the speakers right there. 2 speeds (used to have a sharper image one that died that was 3 speed) but I have found 2 speeds is just fine. very very quiete. love it!
