When one of our daughters and her family moved west, we let them take our 2 space heaters with them. Our woodstove just cannot keep up with NH temps, so I researched online and found this model from Lasko. The reviews looked excellent, and one of the heaters that went to CO was a ceramic heater (not Lasko) and it did a good job, so I ordered 2 of the Lasko 754200's. One of them keeps my home office warm quite well, especially since it has a stairwell going upstairs that is open to the room! The other one keeps our around-a-corner bathroom plenty warm when we want to take a shower, or when it's below freezing and we want to keep the pipes in there from getting too cold. We've had no problems with either of them and they are in daily use.Customer Review: 2-month review

We use this heater in our greenhouse with the window open to a "shadow greenhouse" beside the regular vinyl one. It has been sufficient for both spaces - even kept things warm the night I forgot to close the window to the outside!Customer Review: :)

Doesn'twarm up my room as high as I wish it would, but its way better than turning on the whole heating system at my house. Over all very satisfied with product... within a few minutes of turning it on I can feel the difference between my room and the rest of the house. After more than 20 years of very good service, my small Lakewood heater thru sparks and caught fire. Lakewood is out of business, so this one could not be replaced.
For trustworthy shopping on good products, I always turn to Amazon.com. After much research on your products, I decided on the Lasko 754200 Ceramic Heater with Adjustable Thermostat. This heater really does put out a lot of heat on low setting for my whole living room. When the room begins to cool down, it comes back on very quietly for a few minutes and all is fine. Being old and cold natured, this heater is a blessing.
Most important, this small portable Lasko really heats up my bathroom fast so that I can shower and wash my hair. Getting naked in the cold would make daily ADL's impossible.
For 14 continuous days in January, we had record low temps below freezing (mostly in the teens) and everyone had to run their central heat a lot. Not me, my little heater took care of the living room and I was able to leave my thermostat on the central heat set at 52 degrees. My Feb. Talquin Electric Cooperative bill is $65.93 (regular is $36.53) which is o.k. as we have been way below normal for several weeks now. Without this wonderful space heater, my power bill would be much higher.
I hope and pray this Lasko 754200 last 20 or more years, if not, it was still very reasonable at $22.99.

I bought this to heat my travel trailer. This heater is small, puts out a lot of heat, and is quiet enough to sleep next to. It kept the space comfortable all night with the thermostat at 1/4. The price is right, too.
