I bought this item for work. A few moments after plugging it in, the fuse running all the computers blew. We all sat for at least a half hour, not working, because I wanted to be a bit warmer and foolishly bought this product. In addition, it is very loud and distracting. Now, that I would like to return it, I can't because I didn't try the product right away and the 30 days has expired. I can get a "partial refund" if I pay postage. But there is no way to tell exactly how much this "partial refund" is. Perhaps it's less then the the cost of the postage to return the crummy heater.
I've been taken. Don't let that happen to you too.

After reading all the positive reviews for this space heater, I thought it would be a good choice for replacing a 5 year old Holmes radiant space heater. Boy, was I wrong. After an hour of use on the maximum settings, the heater caused the room's circuit breaker to activate. I had used my old space heater in the same outlet in the same room for years (with PC, printer, phone, modem, router and light all running at the same time) without a single problem. I returned the heater to Amazon immediately, fearing that it might cause dangerous problems in the future.Customer Review: Ceramic Heater

I will admit that I was apprehensive when I thought about purchasing this. It was a low price, but the reviews I read were mainly positive. This heater is the answer to the chilly morning when you are the first one out of the bed, and the house is freezing cold. I use it most days and am completely, and thoroughly satisfied. It has a strong heat output. So little, but so powerful--well worth the money. I plan to get another one soon for the next winter season.Customer Review: Ceramic Heater great for small office

We bought several of these for our offices at work and they are perfect for a small office (8x10) or if you are in a cubicle. We also like the fact that you can just run it on fan for the summer months.
