The Squirt P4 has a decent tool selection and all the tools work very well. Its main shortcomings are in the "fit and finish" department. This thing abounds with edges that haven't been relieved. The heads on the stainless steel rivets that hold the Squirt together have very thin, sharp edges and sit slightly proud of the body--I feel them every time I use the tool.
I've carried P4 on my keyring for about a year and a half (displacing the Victorinox I've carried on there for the last 20+ years)and the cheap metal on the sides of the tool is soft enough that the three keys on my keyring have scarred the edges--creating yet another unpleasant surface I feel every time I use the tool.
So, functionally it is a great tool. On the other hand, its poor fit and finish, and poor choice of materials let it down.

I have always been a fan of leatherman products and when I found this squirt for my keychain I bought it. The quality is very good for such a small item. I fully expected the pliers to bend when I started grabbing stuff with them, but they have held together quite nicely. I even just bought one for my wife.Customer Review: Great

This is the single best multitool I have found. What really separates it from the rest of the pack is that it is just so small. I really (I cant emphasize that enough) hate carrying around extra stuff in my pocket. But at the same time I really like having a knife/tools on me for emergencies. This one was a great compromise, small yet fully functional. I have dropped it countless times and it still looks and works just fine. A really great little multi-tool.Customer Review: Great Product

This is my third Leatherman Squirt. I carry the wire stripping version for work, and have small pliers version at home and in my mountain biking backpack. The multi-tool is small, but the pliers are strong and actually usable. Can't recommend it enough.
