When I purchased this awesome tool I was originally shopping for a "nice" bottle opener to place on my key chain. Well, this is a whole lot more than just a bottle opener. This multitool is small enough to place on your single ring key chain even with a car remote. But make sure it doesn't share the same pocket as your cellphone since the metal rivets anchoring the pliers will easily scratch your phones plastic case. Pliers (w/wire cutter) are built with quality; no slack and tight gripping strength. Getting the seemingly thin knife blade can sometimes be difficult to swing out. Besides that, this is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to holster a full size Leatherman and still wants to be a recreational McGuyver. This is a great little gadget. First of all, all of the utilities are high-quality. The screwdrivers, file, and pliers are durable and functional (sorry, no fish scalers on this product).
Second, I would prefer a bit longer blade on the knife, but it holds an edge, and comes in handy.
This is a great gift for just about anyone. We keep one in our car and it comes in handy all the time. I would purchase this item again in a heartbeat.

I chose the Squirt P4 to replace a similar key-ring tool from IDL that I lost. The IDL model clipped on to the key-ring when it folded, and thus could come unclipped too easily - I suppose that's how I lost it. The Squirt has a much more secure attachment so I need fear no longer. Squirt is a little longer (though less wide) than the tool it replaced and I had some concerns about how it would feel in the pocket. The concerns were unfounded - I'm comfortable with it. Add the fact that Squirt has a pocket knife (IDL did not) which allowed me to put my pocket knife in the drawer and overall my pocket space is less consumed. Design and workmanship is superior. I was concerned about the flat-blade Phillips screwdriver but it works just fine. Of course the Squirt is for small scale stuff and won't replace your tool box, but if you are like me you'll find it suitable for most day to day tasks you encounter.
