This was the first Letherman that I have purchased. I am very happy with the quality of construction. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the way one side of the handles curves. If you don't have it positioned just right in your hand the pointed side will dig into the palm of your hand. More of a user/training issue than anything but if you are not careful on positioning that point will hurt!

The Freestyle CX boasts long-lasting, multi-purpose strength in a pocket-size 3.45-inch frame. This multi-tool features DLC coating for scratch and corrosion resistance as well as a 154CM stainless steel blade that will hold its edge three-times as long as a traditional stainless steel knife. A carbon-fiber handle insert allows the CX to offer a superior strength to weight ratio.

About Leatherman: Time-Tested Tools
