This device is NOT UL listed, or at least it gives no indication of it. The housing box that the wires will be housed in is a folded metal construction, and the seams are not welded. So there is an air gap on four of the corners.
I am quite disappointed in the construction of the box. The switch quality seems OK, but I'm not sure I even want to install it due to the housing/box.
FYI, the one I received was gold colored, to answer a previous commenter.
