I originally ordered the wrong remote. There's no real guidance in Amazon on how to check if you are ordering the right remote. The key is the "Learn Button or Smart Button". Could be a variety of colors. Purple, orange, green etc. Just make sure you order the remote that works with the same color as yours. AspDoors exchanged my order with no problem. Item was shipped immediately, except for the return which was held up because I they had no way of doing credit card changes over the phone. I had to send them a check. Unlike the Safety Beam Set, the opener arrived with some useable directions. Setting it up proved easy. Trying to figure out which remote to order is another matter, but that's not Liftmaster's problem. Works fine, range is good, but buttons are much to easy to push when bumped or jostled in pants pockets. Whenever I try to carry this remote, I find my electric gate opening and closing accidentally. Might work better to use one the left or right buttons, rathern than the middle button as your primary control.
