The Chamberlain Liftmaster Garage Door Opener has been working great. I ordered it from Samford & Sons on Amazon and I couldn't believe how fast it was delivered. I was expecting it to be on the later side of their expected delivery, but it came on the very earliest possible day. I was very impressed with this. The packaging was nicely done and everything was perfect when I opened up the box. I would definitely use Samford & Sons again to order from and I would ABSOLUTELY refer them to friends. When we purchased this home there was only one remote for the garage door opener. That's a problem for 2 drivers. We needed a second one and this is perfect. The price beat anything in the local area. Shipment was quick without paying extra. It arrived in perfect condition and works like a charm. We were provided with two remotes when we got our garage door opener installed. They were both the Liftmaster 971LM Security Plus 1 button remotes. One of those remotes never did work very well. We would have to press the button multiple times to get it to work. We tried replacing the battery but that never helped. Finally I ordered another one of the same model remote from Amazon. It was very easy to program our garage door to accept the new remote. And this remote works great. I don't know why there was a problem with the original one, or if it is very common to have a problem with this model remote, but we are very happy with the other two.Customer Review: Inexpensive alternative
