Bought this when I needed a duplicate gate-opener for the wife. I already had a similar unit so I didn't stray from the beaten path. Easy to program, reasonable range, comes with a 9V battery. The lid is a little difficult to pry of, be careful that you don't break any of the little tabs that hold the unit together.Customer Review: Simple to program. Easy to use.

As president of my Home Owners Association, the company that installed our gate handed me 130 of these to pass out among the residents. After half of them were out, the gate company told me that they'd not been programmed properly. Fortunately, they are a snap to program. Open it up. Flip the 10 toggle switches to the proper code.
