This device is way more than I expected.
All I was looking for was an accurate digital thermostat to turn my space heater on and off because the built in thermostats never work very well.
This unit works just like a regular multi day programmable home thermostat.
It has a 4 timer weekday setting, with temporary and permanent HOLD.
And a 4 timer weekend setting, with temporary and permanent HOLD.
For better accuracy, try not to plug the unit into an exterior wall outlet. Sometimes the outlets have a slight draft, and the thermostat may not register correctly.

We bought this programable outlet thermostat for use in our small greenhouse. We had been unable to get away during the winter months here in the Gulf South because the temperature can be 75 one day and below freezing the next. This thermostat has worked very well for us this winter. The one problem is with the clearness of the inclosed instructions.It took several reading to determine how to set it.Customer Review: Great option for managing electric bill

I purchased this item to use with a basement baseboard heater. The unit is easy enough to use, and the temperature sensor has been accurate enough to keep the room temperature stable. I'd prefer a backlight on the display to more easily see the temperature setting. All in all, a terrific item to use that can help save some energy while keeping a part of your home at a comfortable temperature.Customer Review: Great product

This product is great. My heater (which doesn't have a thermostat) would always make my room too hot and I'd be throwing my blankets off. With this product, the room stays a comfortable temperature. I definitely recommend this product.
