I LOVE this sander. Easy to set up, easy to use, comfortable grip, easy to position, easy to use two hands if you need to, amount of suction is adjustable, light weight, NO DUST floating around from the sanding - makes doing another round of mud more palatable since there's NO DUST to clean up. It is definitely worth the price in my book. Once I acquire a longer vacuum hose it'll not only be awesome, it'll be perfect!

The Marshalltown VS792 Drywall Vacuum Sander Kit allows you to perform drywall sanding with minimal dust. The VS792 Drywall Vacuum Sander is easy and comfortable to use because of its ergonomic DuraSoft handle and is designed to work with standard sanding pads, one of which is included so you can get started right away.
