this is cheaper at Harbor freight. they sell the same one, only its black..its got the unmovable fence, the stop block and its held by two aluminum clamps (look like the incra clamps) under the table...

Description of MLCS 9765 Drill Press Table

Our 12" x 24" Drill Press Table is made of 7/8" thick MDF/Melamine. Includes two T-Tracks for hold-downs, an adjustable fence that guarantees maximum holding power and a removable insert that can be drilled for any size sanding drum. Mounting & Compatibility Note: This table mounts to all drill presses, most without any modifications. The table will adapt to Drill Presses that have parallel slots 9-5/8" on center bolts or it can clamp from the outside on tables that are less than 9-3/8" wide. If your table does not fit the above criteria, you can easily redrill a 1-3/8" hole and reposition the rods/clamps anywhere else as needed. *Drill Press Not Included.*
