Tools and Hardware Reviews of Magcraft NSN0601 1/4-Inch by 1/10-Inch Rare Earth Disc Magnets, 50-Count

Customer Review: I recomend this product
Summary: 4 Stars

It a good product, they a litle small but this product are great for hanging picture or paper's in your refrigerator. they are very strong, the only problem is that they chip a litle to easy.. So try not to let them fall on a hard surfaces such a tlle floor. Constant smashing againts each other can cause the to chip a litle also. Otherwise I would give this product 5 stars. Oh the shipping was fast and they do have a pretty good container for it, so yes this is a good product to buy.

Customer Review: Incredible Magnet Power in a Tiny Magnet
Summary: 5 Stars

I am totally shocked over the power of these small magnets. When I told my friend that I had ordered these and she found out the size, I could tell that she did not think they'd be easy to use. In fact, I think she was under the impression that they would be way too small and weak. Since I've never ordered magnets before in my life, I began to doubt that I had done the right thing. Imagine our surprise when they arrived, and were so strong that we could barely remove one from the rest of the "tube" of magnets. I have now used these on painted river rocks, that I thought would be way too heavy for such a thing, and other very heavy items. These are stronger than the larger magnets. Absolutely amazing how strong they are. I totally recommend them and will buy more in the future. So, I give this item five out of five stars since it's inexpensive and it works.

Customer Review: Keeps things up
Summary: 5 Stars

They're strong little magnets, which can be a little hard to get off metal surfaces if you don't have fingernails. I find that they're easier to take off if you have several attached to each other (this forms a bigger nub that you can grab on to) so I'm trying to keep 4-5 spares lying around for this purpose.

Customer Review: Love these magnets
Summary: 5 Stars

I got these magnets for use on my Warhammer models. Especially with Warhammer Fantasy, it is important to keep your models on the movement trays. Trying to move 50 models all at once can be challenging without magnets--suddenly dumping your tray of 50 Dwarf Warriors can be frustrating.

These magnets fit very well into the bottom of the Games Workshop bases. I simply line 10 magnets up on my old metal desk, line 10 models up behind it, then put a full trigger pull of hot glue on top of the magnet and press and twist the model into the hot glue. I leave it like that and go down the line. By the time I have glued all 10 models, the glue has setup on the first. I simply go through with a knife and pry the models off the desk (make sure it is a desk you don't mind cutting a bit). The metal in the desk helps keep the magnets in place while gluing.

For small models, these are very effective in holding the models onto the movement trays, but not so much that the magnet sticks to the base pulling it from the model. I use a thin magnetic mat on my movement trays, but roofing sheet metal works good (I don't like having to cut it and straighten it). I use the rubber magnetic mats from Gale Force Nine.

Customer Review: Magnets perfect for crafting!
Summary: 5 Stars

These magnets were great for my own personal do-it-yourself magnet-making! Just the right size, and great strength. Thank you!
