Its a nice little compressor,has a drain to let water out in very btm. of tank.It has a little plastic filter ,which if you clean it and oil it, it keeps tank from rusting, and keeps inside lines lubed.Also has a visible oil window.Do change the oil after the first couple of hrs use as there will be metal dust from break-in.IT always holds air ,pumps up quick,and is great for homeowners and light shop use.(I use it to power my 1/2" impact swedged down to 3/8") and for my 1/4" and 3/8" ratchets.It does require you to pause when using 3/8" ratchet as it uses 5 cfm ,but I knew this before buying.For the money you cant go wrong,I would have paid even more for it>Marvin
