Well, it was broken when we opened but it was an easy fix. It also lacked the knob that was shown in the picture. It looks very attractive and makes my husband's corner of the kitchen look neat and organized. It keeps all the cords for phones and blackberry organized and hidden. I ordered this and paid the extra price for quality, unfortunately, the drawer (like others stated) became unglued. Also, the surge protector included may not even hold 3 devices as I was only able to fit one Blackberry charger and one apple Ipod Touch charger. Amazon was GREAT, 5 starts for them but the product was not what I expected - considering the price I paid for it.Customer Review: EXTREMELY Disappointed

I bought this Charging Valet with high hopes, and I was extremely disappointed. I bought it for my husband who is a tech enthusiast and already has practically every gadget, except a way of organizing them. First of all, it is MUCH flimsier than it looks in the picture. Second of all, it does not fit any gadget on normally. It is advertised as a holder and charger for Blackberrys but they are too wide for the compartment and have to hang over the side! The funny thing is that the picture on the box shows a Blackberry (a really old model bu that is besides the point)on the valet and it also hangs over because the wire connects from the side and the phone is wide enough to begin with! How ridiculous is that! That's no way to demonstrate the product and how it can be used. Plus, the area in back for the power strip is too low. Any plug that is too high or chunky does not fit. The drawer is very shaky, and all in all it is not very practical.
