I ordered this grill from ShoppersChoice and got it in 4 days. On the second day I used it the grill cracked in half while I was grilling? What can you say it is made in China from probably low quality cast iron. I was using lump hardwood charcoal which burns hotter then briquets and that probably cracked the grill. ShoppersChoice though sent me a new replacement part the day after I sent them an email and appologized for the grill cracking.
The grill is ok for what it is and it fun to cook on but I would definitly do business with ShoppersChoice again.

GREAT! IMPRESSIVE LOOKING AND IS THE PERFECT SIZE, ALTHOUGH (COMPARED TO THE ONE THIS GRILL IS GOING TO REPLACE) IT IS A LITTLE BIT HEAVY. MY OLD HIBACHI WAS MADE OF STEEL, AND THIS ONE IS CAST IRON AND HAS VENTS. THANK YOU AMAZON!Customer Review: Happy Grilling

I received my Marsh Allen cast iron hibachi just a few days after placing the order and wasted no time in using it. Before my husband died, we had regular, big, bulky, grills. It was OK then, but they never lasted very long. I'm sure this cast iron grill will last for many years. It's easy to store, and grills just as well as the larger ones did. And the price was definitely right! I'm SO happy I bought this product!Customer Review: Haven't been able to use ut yet but it looks good

It came with a broken grill and I have been waiting on the replacement for two weeks. I hope it comes soon.
All screws lined up ok. Wooden handles were loose. Overall it is ok. I have the lodge but this unit allows you to put the grills closer to the heat source and use less charcoal.
