I asked for a green lock and a silver one came. I wanted a bright lock that would be easy to identify. The silver lock that came does not even look like the image that was posted and it is heavy which is a concern for long hauls. I went back and re-read the fine print and to be fair, it does say that you are not allowed to pick a color. But, at the top of the page, it allows you to click on a color so it is a little misleading.Customer Review: I expected a spare key in case of....

Well, my problem was that a cousin of mine came to my house and he said accidentally changed the combination, but then he forgot it. I searched in the package and expected to find a spare key in case of a situation like this, but found nothing. A locksmith will charge too much to open the padlock so I can reset the combination. I suggest Master Company should include a key in case people forgets the combination or in a situation like mine.Customer Review: I got a pink pair

I wanted to review this product mainly to let people know that I did get a neon colored pair (pink) since it seems like most of the bad reviews came from people getting nickel colored locks. I didn't mind getting a nickel colored pair so I ordered anyway.
Locks were easy to set, and seems like it would not be easy to get accidently reset (sometimes happens on other locks), though I have yet to actually travel with it.

I received these locks and tried to program them following the
instructions enclosed. One lock worked fine; the other did not.
I never did get it to work as I could not program it and could not
reset it as per the instructions.
The locks themselves are very small and the numbers are a bit difficult to read - must use reading glasses if you need them.
I returned them for a refund - will try another brand next time.
