We purchased these locks to use on our luggage for a trip to Mexico. Knowing what I spent on the locks I wasn't expecting the highest quality of lock in the world but the locks worked perfectly for what they were intended to do. Which was to simply keep the contents of our bags just a little bit more secure than they would have been without a lock and the piece of mind knowing we had put a lock on them.
The items we received were exactly as described and the color that we ordered. The combination was simple to set and we didn't have any problems with the locks what so ever.
I would recommend these locks to someone who just wants to keep uninvited guests out of luggage while you travel to your destination.

I have had nothing but problems on two out of three orders, with three different suppliers. I ordered a specific item(NEON LUGGAGE LOCKS)in a SPECIFIC COLOR (any of three colors listed in NEON). I was sent silver locks by two of these suppliers. Which, I, of course had to send back and either wait another three weeks for a reorder, and returned and cancelled the other order after supplier informed me that they "didn't even carry the NEON LOCKS! Seems to me, if I were selling items listed on Amazon, I would make sure the listing was correct before orders started coming in. Amazon stands behind their reputation, and rectifies complaints from customers. I'm going to Mexico soon for my wedding, and considering the content of some of the stuff I'm packing for the wedding, I wanted a little more security with our luggage. I ordered green, but they came in pink so thats a little disappointing because I hate pink, but they'll do the job, and shipping was extremely fast. I'm a happy customer.
